Determined to ensure that others receive the compassionate care she wished for her own loved ones, Lay founded her home health agency. Phokham Thienpheth began her journey in home health care, driven by a heartfelt calling. As a parent of an autistic child, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs of caring for someone with special needs. This profound experience ignited a passion for supporting individuals and families facing similar circumstances.
Motivated to make a difference, Phokham pursued training in health care with a focus on both pediatric and geriatric care. Over the years, she has developed a unique skill set that combines empathy, patience, and specialized knowledge, enabling her to provide compassionate support to clients of all ages.

After 20+ years of caring for family I began my career in healthcare initially working with love ones in the comfort of there home. While I valued the experience, I felt a calling to create deeper connections with patients—those often overlooked and needing care the most. This realization led me to the world of home health care, where I could offer personalized, holistic support in the comfort of patients’ homes.
At Timeless Care LLC I am committed to providing not just medical assistance but also emotional and social support to my patients and their families. Each day presents an opportunity to empower individuals to regain their independence while ensuring they feel valued and respected.
